Lunch with Neurotrauma Researchers and Clinicians

When: Wednesday, June 12th from 11:45 to 12:45 pm
Where: Hilton San Francisco Union Square

This is a great opportunity for TBI and SCI survivors and caregivers to:
• Get to know neurotrauma researchers and clinicians.
• Learn about current research and treatment.
• Inform neurotrauma researchers and clinicians on the daily challenges of TBI and SCI survivors in order to improve research.

Lunch and hotel valet service will be provided at no cost to neurotrauma survivors and caregivers.

Please make sure to provide your name and contact information and let us know if you are a TBI or SCI survivor and if a family member or caregiver will accompany you. If so, we will also need their name and contact information.
